1. Invite with care
Use Happy RSVP to organize genuine events and communicate with people you are entitled to contact. Be accurate about the host, occasion, venue, and purpose. Include only the information needed to plan or attend.
2. What is not allowed
Do not use Happy RSVP for:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, or purchased, scraped, or improperly obtained contact lists.
- Impersonation, phishing, fraudulent events, deceptive links, or attempts to obtain passwords or financial information.
- Harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, or content that violates applicable law.
- Malware, harmful uploads, attempts to access other users’ records, or interference with the service.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, or photographs and other content used without the necessary rights.
- Bypassing guest limits, payment requirements, rate limits, or other access and service controls.
3. Respect personal information
Do not post personal guest links or private guest-list exports publicly. Use parent or guardian contact details for young guests, and obtain permission before sharing someone’s photo or private information.
Invitation wording, RSVP fields, and support messages must not be used to collect payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive records. A meal-preference question should ask only for what is needed to plan the meal.
4. Reporting a concern
Choose Report misuse on the contact form. Describe the issue and identify the relevant page or event, while avoiding unnecessary personal information. Do not upload a private guest list as evidence.
The preview stores reports for review and displays a reference number. It does not provide emergency monitoring or promise an immediate response. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
5. How concerns may be handled
Reported content or accounts may be reviewed, restricted, or removed when there is a reasonable basis to protect people, investigate misuse, or meet applicable requirements. We do not represent that all content is continuously monitored. A reporting and response process will be finalized before public launch.
